Our staff of experienced, versatile engineers and designers can supplement any phase of your design by offering complete consulting services!  We specialize in the areas of process design, machine and equipment specification, automation and controls, product/media  filtration and treatment, as well as facility and mechanical system design.  Our involvement can be of any level needed - from site supervision to drawing review.   

In addition to providing rock solid advice and recommendations, we can also supply technical drawings and CAD designs to assist in your construction or fabrication work.  Fabrication drawings, 3D CAD models, construction or permit ready prints - you name it!

We competitively supply process system engineering, products, and installation as a complete package from the conceptualization stage through construction and startup. Field Installation

Quality Field Installation and Maintenance is in many cases more important than a great design when dealing with food processing & packaging systems. Wright Process Systems is dedicated to superb craftsmanship with adherent respect for each job site. Customers take comfort in having our crew of talented welders and fitters on site. In addition to new installations, we can also perform repair or maintenance work onsite, even if we didn’t install the system!

General Contracting

In many cases, upgrading a plant’s mechanical scheme also requires upgrading the facility. Wright Process Systems can assist in this phase by managing the contracting process completely. This offers the customer centralized development and parallel coordination through the most cost-effective design and delivery possible.

We will provide input in all areas, including design and development, city permitting, trade management and scheduling, and installation and construction. Contractor License #574101

Site Specific Fabrication

There are no two identical plants. With that said, we can understand that there is a degree of risk involved in purchasing a generic, pre-assembled system or component; the connections may not be in the ideal locations, or the overall size may not provide the best fit. Or worse, when searching for replacement or upgrade parts for existing equipment, there may be no direct matches available.

Wright Process Systems’ skilled mechanical designers and fabricators can construct components specifically for your location and scheme, making absolutely sure that the end result is exactly what you need. More importantly, our crew can examine any trouble areas of your mechanical process and help determine potential solutions.

Startup Testing, Training, and Support

Seamless integration is guaranteed. Providing an effective solution to our customers is only part of the commitment that Wright Process Systems makes. It is our pledge as well to offer complete training and support for any system or product that we supply. All new products are delivered with full instructions and manuals, and all new systems offer optional on-site training by our engineering team. Field support can also be obtained for any product that we have supplied, even after the start-up or installation is complete – one phone call or email to our office will put you in touch with a person who can work with you through any difficulty or questions.
